Attempted Assassination of DJT
July 13th's attempted assassination of Mr. Trump had the worst possible outcome (in my opinion). If there was no attempt, then the status quo holds, and our social problems get no worse. Should the attempt have been successful, then there would not be the possible dictatorship outcome coming in November, although there would be some immediate unrest but that should quell rather quickly. By attempting and missing, the shooter has increased unrest with the MAGA base, and more scenarios are presenting themselves, like from Mike Howell executive director of the Heritage’s Oversight Project said “As things stand right now, there’s zero chance of a free and fair election”. Note, the shooter is/was a registered Republican. DJT loyalists are conspiring in the shadows ways to contest the 2024 election should he lose. As it stands now, I believe, that the 2024 election will be under a microscope, a very high-power microscope. Should Biden win, Trump’s cult will be claiming a Rigged Election (like last time). Should Trump win, I would hope that we democrats would ensure that Trump won fairly (no comment). There is too little time to change or enhance our voting process, which should be reviewed and revamped to remove as many as possible the problems currently in this system. If there is a PLUS side, maybe this will be a wakeup call for Mr. Trump to behave in a more human manner, highly unlikely but possible. President Biden, needs, to really show us that he is up to the task and able to win in November. No matter what, the violence from within the public and within politics needs to be greatly reduced. Whew, hopefully enough said for the moment.

JUDGE AILEEN M. CANNON - Part 2
Judge? Cannon issued a 93 page ruling dismissing the federal criminal case against DJT that was charging him with having highly sensitive national secrets and then obstructing government efforts to reclaim them by concluding that Jack Smith's appointment violated parts of the Constitution. TALK ABOUT an OBSTRUCTION TO JUSTICE! with these types of decisions, how can Justice be served ???
Special Council - for all?
Merrick Garland appointed Mr. Smith in 11/2022 to examine Trump's Classified Documents case, he also appointed David Weiss to probe Hunter Biden's Taxes & gun purchase case, and, Robert Hur to examine President Joe Biden's classified documents case. Since Judge? Cannon dismissed Trump's case on the grounds that Merrick Garland lacked authority to appoint Mr. Smith, it should be concluded that he lacked authority for the other two cases and they should also be dismissed. It should be an All or None scenario.
