Yale history professor Timothy Snyder shared a warning on X (formerly Twitter) about what will happen if presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump wins back the White House in the 2024 election. “Unless Trump loses, America ends,” he wrote in his first of a five-post thread. I would say that it is better to have a weak leader than a strong dictator. Either President Biden needs to take action NOW or we MUST take action on NOVEMBER 5TH.

Because the Constitution itself is our highest law, jurists across the spectrum must prioritize that document’s letter and spirit above all else. In Trump v. United States, the Court failed to do this and also failed to live up to America’s highest ideals: nonpartisan justice and the rule of law. A snippet from a “New York Times” article by William Baude states – When dealing with Mr. Trump in particular, the court is so sure that our other institutions cannot be trusted that it fails to look in the mirror. How can we figuratively hit SCOTUS with a baseball bat to wake them up?
How to get the media off Biden's age and back to the lying liar
Every day that we dwell on Biden's age and not Trump's lies and his age makes Biden's re-election less likely. Democrats can not hold together because they devour their own. Biden is old and moves so but he isn't incapable of thought. How many old people are there in the government? McConnell, Grassley, Granger, Pelosi, and Sanders are some of them. We need to get younger people elected, so what may we do to accomplish this goal? Harping on Biden's age now is too little too late.

Although I agree with you, the main part of the subject needs to be addressed - Getting the Media to concentrate on the Liar! With 2 impeachments, several civil law suits & 34 felony convictions, "The Liar" has no moral standards. Yes, eventually we should be concentrating on moving to a younger base of people, but right now we need to concentrate on keeping the democracy versus letting America become an autocracy or dictatorship. To this I say "Democrats & Independents, spread the word and get out to vote this November!"
