If re-elected, will DJT be limited to only having 2 terms as president?

If I am to assume that the former president does get elected once more and that he is indeed the "one day" dictator, will his personal Supreme Court sycophants also then undo the 22nd Amendment limiting the president to only two terms, or will they grant the title of president-for-life to him?" THIS SHOULD WORRY EVERYONE.

In June, the Court ruled in Fischer v. United States that Justice Department (DOJ) prosecutors went too far in bringing an obstruction charge against hundreds of defendants accused of participating in the January 6, 2021, riot. This means prosecutors are now required to use additional evidence to support that charge, which pertains to obstructing Congress' certification of the electoral vote count after the 2020 election. I SAY, if they can't find anything else (with our F'd up) LEGAL system, indict them with at least "Criminal Tresspassing" and / or "Breaking & Entering"!
Undocumented Migrants The Right to Vote ???
I believe that Undocumented Migrants and Illegal Migrants should not have the right to vote since they have not been vetted or approved into our society whereas legal Migrants have gone thru this process and are (or should be) accepted into our society. Pros? Cons? Your thoughts?

Now my turn - That along with President Biden’s problems in public, indicate a definite need of newer people to run for President ON BOTH PARTIES! This Political season, if it hasn’t already, is getting out-of-hand! AMERICA should have someone TO VOTE FOR, (and for lack of better or more appropriate words) not the lesser of TWO EVILS. On one hand, we are worrying about a senior’s health, although we may need to consider both candidates, and on the other hand we are worrying that the candidate is out for himself and to possibly become dictator as well as possibly destroying our government as we know it, all without our approval.
